This full renovation opens the floor plan and maximizes natural light throughout the main living areas. High ceilings, exposed architectural beams, and expansive glass doors create an airy feeling that connects seamlessly to the ocean views. An earthy palette or warm neutrals and organic materials brings texture and warmth to every space, with white oak flooring, mineral surfaces, stone tile accents, and fully custom-built cabinetry. The end result is a polished, highly functional home that offers a relaxed take on coastal luxury.
